Orders from our dealers, dealer websites or over-the-phone purchases are not part of this policy and are subject to their own designations. All items ordered through the Curb Roller Manufacturing online store (https://www.curbroller.com/store/) will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 5 business days. This shipping and processing time does not apply to orders completed outside of the ecommerce platform or custom orders.

 Refunds

Refunds can only be made via statement of order cancellation. Refunds for goods purchased but not yet shipped on the Curb Roller Manufacturing online store will be issued on a case-by-case- basis.
